With Covid-19 being the centre of attention throughout the world, we thought it would be useful to share our five-point checklist on the things you need to be doing to make sure that you remain safe as we begin to reopen our businesses to visitors.
Five Steps to Safer Working Together
Step 1. Have you carried out a COVID-19 Risk Assessment?
Once you’ve completed your COVID 19 Risk Assessment you need to share the results with everyone who works in your business.
Step 2. Have you implemented the necessary cleaning and hygiene procedures?
Make sure you implement cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with Government guidance. Again, share these procedures with all your colleagues and employees.
Step 3. Help those who are working from home.
Ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to help people who are working from home, again Government guidance is available.
Step 4. Enforce the 2m distancing requirements.
Have you taken all reasonable steps to ensure that everyone maintains a safe, 2m distance in the workplace?
Step. Manage your transmission risk.
Where people are unable to remain two meters apart, have you done everything practical to manage transmission risks?
