RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Creating a comprehensive risk management strategy for any business starts with a visit to your site (this can be done ‘remotely’ on video conference), reviewing your existing policies and procedures with an aim to minimise any health and safety risks within your workplace.
Once reviewed, clear and competent advice will be given and you will be supported through the process of implementing any recommendations, thus mitigating the many risks your business and employees face on a daily basis that might lead to legal action being taken against you.
Competent and Personal Service
A Safety Advisor will be assigned to you as your own experienced personal consultant.
The consultant will work directly with you and your business. This could be as part of an ongoing project or as a one-off service.
You will receive a comprehensive Environmental Health & Safety audit which will be provided as a remote service during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a site inspection being completed once UK Government social distancing restrictions have been lifted.
This then gives you a bespoke action plan to work with.
If you opt to work with us on an ongoing basis, you will receive support over the phone, video conferencing and face to face when possible.
You’ll also receive ongoing advice with legislation updates and resources.
Risk Management Review & Consultancy
Your consultant will work with you and your wider team. Guiding you through all areas of Health, Safety & Environment, Property Risk Management, Fleet Risk Management and Business Continuity.
Please note that consultation during the COVID-19 shutdown will be provided by video conference and this will be amended in line with the UK Government restrictions. You will receive:
- A detailed programme of risk management advice will be tailored around the risk profile of your individual business
- Access to our helpline, Monday to Friday; 9am-5pm
- A simple approach to help guide your team through your legal obligations in Health & Safety, HR, Fleet Risk Management and more
- Direct access to our specialist consultants who will help you stay up-to-date and more importantly, compliant with current legislation
Fire Safety Management
Fire Risk Management is a serious part of your greater Environmental Health & Safety responsibility.
Working on reducing the risk of fire in your workplace protects lives, commodities and buildings and so in turn reduces the potential for disaster.
P3 Ltd will assign you a dedicated Fire Safety Expert who will work with you to assess fire risks and develop a formal fire safety management system to meet your legal responsibilities.
Alongside this, you will receive support and guidance to protect lives, buildings and businesses and of course save costs.
Online Training
Access to our fully accredited Online Risk Management Portal comes as part of a twelve-month contract that will be reviewed and adjusted at the end of the period.
The system provides a simple approach to guide you through your various responsibilities in Environmental Health & Safety, HR, Fleet Risk Management as well as full access to the Business Continuity Portal.
You will have online access to specialist consultants and feel confident that your company is up-to-date and compliant. You will also be able to register unlimited users across your entire organisation.
The portal also contains access to dedicated e-learning modules in Mental Health Awareness, Managing Stress, and Absence Management.
All CPD Standards Office accredited by RoSPA, CPD Standards Office and National Occupational Skills (NOS).
Training
P3 Ltd offer a wide range of IOSH accredited training and refresher training courses.
All courses include the option to study many different modules and can be delivered in a variety of ways.
The content of each course will help your business to manage the safety and wellbeing of your employees and each attendee will receive a recognised qualification.
